Sleutelverantwoordelikhede:

  • Hanteer versekeringsnavrae en pas bestaande polisse aan.

  • Berei akkurate en tydige kwotasies vir nuwe kliënte voor.

  • Doen administrasie soos kliëntedokumentasie en -rekords.

  • Kommunikeer professioneel met kliënte.

  • Verseker voldoening aan regulatoriese vereistes.

  • Werk saam met die span om verkoopsdoelwitte te bereik.

  • Bied algemene administratiewe ondersteuning waar nodig.

Minimum vereistes:

  • Matrieksertifikaat.

  • Geleentheid om NQF 5-kwalifikasie en ander opleiding te voltooi.

Vaardighede & eienskappe:

  • Geen ervaring nodig nie – ideaal vir skoolverlaters.

  • Rekenaarvaardig en gemaklik met tegnologie.

  • Goeie kommunikasie en kliëntedienshouding.

  • Kan onder druk en in ’n vinnige omgewing werk.

  • Selfgemotiveerd en leergerig.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle insurance inquiries and update existing policies.

  • Prepare accurate and timely quotes for new clients.

  • Perform administrative tasks such as updating client documentation and records.

  • Communicate professionally with clients.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets.

  • Provide general administrative support as needed.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric certificate.

  • Opportunity to complete an NQF 5 qualification and other required training.

Skills & Attributes:

  • No prior experience required – ideal for recent school leavers.

  • Computer literate and comfortable with technology.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
