Ons klient is op soek na dinamiese, strategiese en doelgerigte Algemene Administrateur: Onderhandelinge om by hulle span aan te sluit. Hierdie individue sal verantwoordelik wees vir algemene administratiewe take sowel as die kontak met krediet verskaffers. Jy sal verantwoordelik wees vir onderhandelinge met die krediet verskaffers asook die hantering van krediteure navrae.

Hoofverantwoordelikhede:

  • Voer onderhandelinge met kredietverskaffers namens kliënte

  • Hanteer eige navrae vanaf krediet verskaffers.
  • Onderhandeling met krediet verskaffers.
  • Behou 'n positiewe verhouding met krediet verskaffers deur effektiewe en professionele kommunikasie.
  • Ondersteun die span met algemene administratiewe en kantoorverwante take.
  • Ontleed kliënte se finansiële situasies en stel volhoubare betalingsvoorstelle op

  • Verskaf akkurate en professionele terugvoer aan kliënte

  • Bou en handhaaf sterk verhoudings met belanghebbendes en skuldeisers

  • Handhaaf volledige rekords van onderhandelinge en vordering

  • Matrieksertifikaat

General Administrator: Negotiations

Our client is looking for dynamic, strategic, and goal-oriented General Administrator: Negotiations to join their team. These individuals will be responsible for general administrative tasks as well as communication with credit providers. You will be responsible for negotiations with the credit providers as well as handling creditor inquiries

💰 Salary: R12 000 - R30 000 (depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate with credit providers on behalf of clients

  • Handle own inquiries from credit providers
  • Negotiate with credit providers 

  • Maintain a positive relationship with credit providers through effective and proffesional communication

  • Support the team with general administrative and office-related tasks

  • Analyze clients financial situations and prepare sustainable payment proposals

  • Provide accurate and professional feedback to clients 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and creditors 
  • Maintain complete records of negotiations and progress

Job Requirements:

  • Matric certificate

  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent numerical and analytical abilities

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong verbal reasoning and negotiation style

  • Computer literacy – MS Office 

  • Fluent in Afrikaans & English

  • Professional and solution-driven approach

  • Experience in admin tasks will be advantageous

  • Ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively

  • Own transport and a valid driver’s license
