They are currently seeking an experienced Senior Construction Support Manager to join their team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contract and Resource Management of Projects:
  • Manage resources effectively across multiple projects.
  • Coordinate and oversee stakeholder relations, ensuring open lines of communication.
  • Manage financial risks and ensure mitigation strategies are in place for construction projects.
  • Provide site and client advisory services to ensure projects meet the required standards.

• Quantity Surveying Professional Services:
  • Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, from inception to close-out.
  • Ensure procurement processes and documentation are in place, as well as addressing any issues during the construction phase.
  • Monitor construction progress and ensure contractors are adhering to project specifications.
  • Finalize project close-outs, ensuring projects are completed to specification and are fully compliant.

• General Responsibilities:
  • Perform additional duties as required within the scope of the role.
  • Ensure effective collaboration with internal stakeholders across various departments.
  • Maintain professional conduct and adherence to organizational policies and industry standards.

Job Requirements:

• Construction-related qualification (e.g., Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field).

• Eligible for professional registration with a relevant professional body (e.g., SACQSP).

• 4+ years of proven experience in a management role within the construction industry
  

• Working knowledge of construction contract software and frameworks (e.g., JBCC and NEC construction contracts).

• Knowledge of financial risk management and mitigation.

• A valid driver’s license and reliable personal transport.

  • Bestuur hulpbronne effektief oor verskeie projekte.

  • Bestuur finansiële risiko's en verseker dat mitigasiestrategieë in plek is vir konstruksieprojekte.

• Kwantiteitsopmetings Professionele Dienste:
