Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven In-Store Sales Manager to lead one of their modern, established retail showrooms in Pretoria. In this key role, you will oversee daily store operations, drive sales performance, motivate a high-performing team, and ensure an exceptional customer experience. This position is ideal for someone with natural sales talent, strong people skills, and a desire to grow within a fast-paced, professional, and customer-focused retail environment.
Location: Centurion
Salary: R15 000 - R 40 000 (Depending on experience)
Available positions: 1
Start Date: As soon as possible
Working Hours: 09:00 - 19:00 (Mall Hours)
Note: Rotational shifts; some days start later, others end earlier. 1 day off per week + 1 full weekend off per month (Friday–Sunday)
⭐ Key Responsibilities
Achieve and exceed monthly sales, quotation, and lay-by targets.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Ensure the showroom is always clean, organised, and visually appealing.
Lead, motivate, and develop the sales team to reach peak performance.
Collaborate with colleagues and management to deliver excellent customer service.
Monitor stock levels and provide accurate reporting.
Manage administrative and operational tasks related to sales.
🎓 Job Requirements
National Senior Certificate (Matric).
5–10 years sales experience (not clothing retail).
Experience in furniture, motor, or insurance/policy sales is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performance team.
Good administrative and MS Office skills.
Professional demeanor and strong customer service ethic.
Own transport and driver’s licence preferred.

Bou en handhaaf sterk kliënteverhoudings vir herhaalde verkope.

🎓 Posvereistes
Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (Graad 12).
5–10 jaar verkoopservaring (nie in klerewinkels nie).
Ervaring in meubelverkope, motorverkope of versekering/polisverkope is ’n voordeel.
Sterk interpersoonlike en kommunikasievaardighede.
Vermoë om ’n span te lei, te motiveer en prestasies te dryf.
Goeie administratiewe en MS Office vaardighede.
Professionele houding en uitstekende kliëntediens-etiek.
Eie vervoer en bestuurslisensie word verkies.
