Ons kliënt is tans op soek na 'n bekwame en ervare Regssekretaresse om hul dinamiese span te versterk.

Ligging: Ashlea Gardens, Pretoria
Beskikbaarheid: Onmiddellik of so gou as moontlik
Salaris: R12 000.00 – R15 000.00 (na gelang van ervaring en kwalifikasies)

Vereistes:

  • Vlot in Engels en Afrikaans, met uitstekende skryfvaardighede in Engels.
  • Ten minste 2 jaar ervaring in 'n regsfirma.
  • Goeie begrip van hofprosesse en algemene litigasie (kennis van opstelwerk is 'n bonus).
  • Vermoë om onafhanklik te werk en inisiatief te neem waar nodig. Vermoë om Court Online en Caselines te gebruik is 'n bonus.
  • Uitstekende kommunikasievaardighede.
  • Sterk organisatoriese vaardighede.
  • Rekenaarvaardigheid benodig (MS Word, Excel, ens.).
  • Kennis van AJS sal 'n voordeel wees.

Pligte en Verantwoordelikhede:

  • Bestuur van alledaagse administratiewe take binne die regsfirma.
  • Assisteer met die opstel van regsdokumente en korrespondensie.
  • Koördinering van hofstukke en regsdienste deur middel van Court Online en Caselines.
  • Ondersteuning van regspraktisyns met litigasie en hofverskynings.
  • Handhaaf van hoë vlakke van vertroulikheid en professionaliteit.
  • Beheer en instandhouding van kliëntelêers en databasis.

Our client is currently seeking a competent and experienced Legal Secretary to join their dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be available immediately or as soon as possible.

Position: Legal Secretary
Availability: Immediately or as soon as possible
Salary: R12 000.00 – R15 000.00 (depending on experience)

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and Afrikaans, with excellent writing skills in English.
  • At least 2 years of experience working in a law firm.
  • Good understanding of court processes and general litigation (drafting knowledge is a bonus).
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative where required. Ability to use Court Online and Caselines is a bonus.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Computer literacy required (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Knowledge of AJS will be an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily administrative tasks within the law firm.
  • Assist with the drafting of legal documents and correspondence.
  • Coordinate court documents and legal services through Court Online and Caselines.
  • Support legal practitioners with litigation and court appearances.
  • Maintain high levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Control and maintain client files and database.
