Sleutel Verantwoordelikhede:

• Ontwikkel en handhaaf sterk verhoudings met bestaande en potensiële kliënte.
• Identifiseer en volg nuwe besigheidsgeleenthede op om die kliëntebasis uit te brei.
• Stel en verkoop werwingsdienste aan voornemende kliënte.
• Werk saam met die werwingspan om kliëntbehoeftes doeltreffend te hanteer.
• Bereik verkoopsdoelwitte en dra by tot algehele besigheidsgroei.
• Verskaf uitstekende kliëntediens en ondersteuning om kliënttevredenheid te verseker.

Minimum Vereistes:

• Matriek (Graad 12).
• Vlot in Afrikaans en Engels.
• Verkoopservaring is voordelig.
• Eie vervoer met 'n geldige bestuurslisensie.
• Agtergrond in werwing of HR is 'n voordelig.

Vaardighede en Eienskappe:

• Sterk kommunikasie- en interpersoonlike vaardighede.
• Selfgemotiveerd met 'n resultaatgedrewe benadering.
• Vermoë om in 'n vinnige omgewing te floreer.
