Telesales Agent

As a Telesales Agent, you will be at the forefront of our business – engaging potential customers, generating leads, and driving sales through proactive communication. This role requires someone with strong sales skills, the ability to build relationships, and a deep understanding of IT services to meet customer needs.
📍 Location: Midrand (Remote / Office-based – first 3 months in-office)
💰 Salary: R13,000–R15,000 per month (depending on experience)
⏰ Working Hours: Full-time
Key Responsibilities:
📞 Conduct outbound telesales to SMEs and mid-sized businesses across South Africa.
💼 Promote the company's portfolio of Managed IT Services (IT Support, Cybersecurity, Cloud Hosting, and more).
🔄 Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects using CRM (Bitrix24 or equivalent).
🗓️ Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales and technical teams.
💬 Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into qualified sales opportunities.
🔍 Research industries and decision-makers to tailor outreach strategies.
📝 Record all customer interactions and follow-ups in the CRM system.
📈 Achieve and exceed KPIs for call volume, lead generation, and appointments booked.
💡 Provide feedback to management on lead quality, customer pain points, and market trends.
🌟 Represent the company's brand in a professional and knowledgeable manner.
Minimum Requirements:
🎓 Matric (Grade 12) essential; Sales/Marketing qualification advantageous.
📞 Minimum of 2 years telesales experience, preferably in IT, Telecoms, or Technology services.
💪 Proven track record in outbound calling and lead generation.
💻 Strong understanding of IT services such as cloud, cybersecurity, and networking (training provided).
🗣️ Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Afrikaans or other SA languages beneficial).
🤝 Confident, professional telephone etiquette with the ability to build rapport quickly.
📊 Strong organisational skills and the ability to work with CRM systems.

💼 Bevorder die maatskappy se portefeulje van Bestuurde IT-Dienste (IT-ondersteuning, Kuberveiligheid, Wolk Hosting, en meer).
🔄 Bou en hou 'n pyplyn van gekwalifiseerde prospekte met behulp van CRM (Bitrix24 of soortgelyk).
🗓️ Skeduleer vergaderings en produkdemonstrasies vir die verkoop- en tegniese spanne.
💬 Hanteer verkoopsnavrae en omskep dit in gekwalifiseerde verkoopsgeleenthede.
🔍 Navorsing oor industrieë en besluitnemers om benaderingsstrategieë aan te pas.
📝 Registreer alle kliëntinteraksies en opvolgaksies in die CRM-stelsel.
📈 Behaal en oortref KPIs vir oproepvolume, "lead" generering en afspraakbesprekings.
💡 Verskaf terugvoer aan bestuur oor "lead" gehalte, kliëntpynpunte en markneigings.
🌟 Verteenwoordig die maatskappy se handelsmerk op 'n professionele en kundige wyse.
Minimum Vereistes:
🎓 Matriek (Graad 12) noodsaaklik; Verkope/ Bemarkingskwalifikasie is voordelig.
📞 Minimum van 2 jaar telesales-ervaring, verkieslik in IT, Telekommunkasie of Tegnologie-dienste.
💪 Bewese rekord in uitgaande oproepe en leidgenerering.
💻 Sterk begrip van IT-dienste soos "cloud", kuberveiligheid en netwerkdienste (opleiding sal verskaf word).
🗣️ Uitstekende verbale- en skryfvaardighede in Engels (Afrikaans of ander Suid-Afrikaanse tale is voordelig).
🤝 Selfversekerd, professionele telefoonetiket met die vermoë om vinnig verhoudings te bou.
📊 Sterk organisatoriese vaardighede en die vermoë om met CRM-stelsels te werk.
