Outbound Call Centre Agent

Our client is seeking an energetic, customer-oriented Outbound Call Centre Agent to join their team. This role requires an enthusiastic self-starter with strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to handle high volumes of outbound calls. You’ll be an integral part of a dynamic team that inspires customers to make use of their services.

📍 Location: Moreleta Park, Pretoria East
💰 Salary: R10 000 + Commission (± R3 000 – R5 000)
🕘 Working Hours: Monday to Friday 09:00 – 18:00 | Alternate Saturdays 09:00 – 14:00

⏳ Contract: Fixed-term contract with the potential for permanent placement based on performance

 Key Responsibilities:

• Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of calls to potential and existing clients.

• Customer Interaction: Build relationships and handle inquiries and concerns professionally.

• Sales Targets: Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals.

• Product Knowledge: Understand and stay informed on products and services.

• Follow-Up: Follow up with potential clients to convert leads into sales.

• Database Management: Keep client interactions updated on the Q-Photo CRM system.

• Teamwork: Collaborate with colleagues and management to reach collective targets.

Requirements:

• Matric certificate.

• Minimum 1-2 years of sales experience (including waiters/waitresses).

• Experience in a call centre environment is advantageous.

• Strong communication skills.

• Relevant certificate in Call Centre training advantageous.

• Proven track record in sales and lead generation.

• Professional appearance and demeanor.

• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets.

Hoofverantwoordelikhede:

• Uitgaande Oproepe: Maak ‘n hoë volume oproepe aan potensiële en bestaande kliënte.

• Kliënte-interaksie: Bou verhoudings en hanteer navrae en bekommernisse professioneel.

• Verkoopsteikens: Bereik daaglikse, weeklikse en maandelikse teikens.

• Produkkennis: Verstaan en bly op hoogte van dienste en produkte.

• Opvolg: Volg op met potensiële kliënte om leidrade in verkope te omskep.

• Databestuur: Hou kliëntinteraksies op die Q-Photo CRM-stelsel op datum.

• Spanwerk: Werk saam met kollegas en bestuur om kollektiewe doelwitte te bereik.

Vereistes:

• Matrieksertifikaat.

• Minimum 1-2 jaar ondervinding in verkope (kelners/kelnerinne ingesluit).

• Ervaring in 'n Call Centre-omgewing is 'n voordeel.

• Goeie kommunikasievaardighede 

• Relevante sertifikaat in Call Centre opleiding voordelig.

• Bewese rekord van verkoopsukses en loodgenerering.

• Professionele voorkoms en houding.

• Vermoë om onafhanklik te werk en doelwitte te bereik.
