Employee Benefits & Insurance Assistant

Our client is looking for a reliable and energetic Investment & Insurance Consultant to join their team. This individual will be responsible for providing investment and insurance advice to both individual and corporate clients, as well as managing investment portfolios and insurance policies.

💰 Salary: R13,000 – R16,000

🕗 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 16:00

Responsibilities:

  • Investment Advice: Provide investment advice and assist clients in managing their investment portfolios.

  • Insurance Advice: Help clients choose and manage insurance policies to ensure their financial security.

  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive follow-up and advice.

  • Portfolio Management: Monitor and manage clients’ investment portfolios, ensuring they meet regulations and objectives.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with relevant regulations and legislation in the insurance and investment industry.

  • New Business Acquisition: Identify new business opportunities and bring new clients on board.

Requirements:

  • Matric certificate

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in insurance administration

  • Strong knowledge of investment products and insurance policies

  • Experience with platforms such as Old Mutual, Sanlam, Liberty, etc.

  • Strong computer skills and knowledge of MS Office

  • Own transport and a valid driver’s license

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships

  • RE5 and "Class of Business" training is a benefit

Verantwoordelikhede:

  • Beleggingsadvies: Verskaf beleggingsadvies en help kliënte om beleggingsportefeuljes te bestuur.

  • Versekeringsadvies: Help kliënte met die keuse en bestuur van versekeringspolisse om hul finansiële veiligheid te verseker.

  • Kliëntbestuur: Bou en onderhou sterk verhoudings met kliënte deur proaktiewe opvolg en advies.

  • Bestuur van Beleggingsportefeuljes: Monitor en bestuur kliënte se beleggingsportefeuljes, verseker dat hulle voldoen aan regulasies en doelwitte.

  • Regulerende Nakoming: Verseker alle aktiwiteite voldoen aan relevante regulasies en wetgewing in die versekerings- en beleggingsbedryf.

  • Aansluitings van Nuwe Besigheid: Identifiseer nuwe besigheidsgeleenthede en sluit nuwe kliënte aan by die maatskappy.

Vereistes:

  • Matrieksertifikaat
  • Minimum 3 jaar ervaring in versekeringsadministrasie

  • Goeie kennis van beleggingsprodukte en versekeringspolisse

  • Ervaring met platforms soos Old Mutual, Sanlam, Liberty, ens.

  • Goeie rekenaarvaardighede en kennis van MS-Office
  • Eie vervoer en geldige bestuurslisensie
  • Goeie interpersoonlike vaardighede en die vermoë om sterk kliëntverhoudings te bou

  • Goeie sosiale- en telefoonetiket
  • RE5 en "Class of Business" opleiding is ‘n voordeel
