We are looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and staff. This role is essential in providing efficient administrative support, managing office operations, and facilitating smooth communication within our organization.

Key Responsibilities
Reception & Customer Service:
- Welcome visitors, clients, and staff professionally.
- Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
- Manage visitor registrations and security protocols.
Administrative Support:
- Provide filing, data entry, and photocopying assistance.
- Organize office documents and correspondence.
- Assist with scheduling meetings, appointments, and bookings.
Office Management:
- Maintain office supplies, inventory, and equipment.
- Handle office maintenance requests.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.
Scheduling & Coordination:
- Coordinate meetings and events.
- Assist with staff travel arrangements.
Data Management:
- Maintain office supplies, contacts, and relevant documentation.
- Input data into company systems.
Office Organization:
- Keep the office neat, organized, and professional.
- Ensure staff compliance with office policies and procedures.
Job Requirements:
- Matric certificate.
- Strong experience and knowledge of MS Office programs.
- Own transport and a valid driver’s license.
- Experience in office administration or reception.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a client-focused approach.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize, manage time, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Professional appearance and demeanor.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:
- Ontvangs & Kliëntediens:
- Verwelkom besoekers, kliënte en personeel professioneel.
- Beantwoord oproepe, e-posse en navrae.
- Bestuur besoekerregistrasies en sekuriteitsprotokolle.
- Administratiewe Ondersteuning:
- Verskaf lêerwerk, data-invoering en fotokopiëring ondersteuning.
- Organiseer kantoor dokumente en korrespondensie.
- Help met die skedulering van vergaderings, afsprake en besprekings.
- Kantoorbestuur:
- Handhaaf kantoorvoorrade, inventaris en toerusting.
- Hanteer kantoor onderhoudsversoeke.
- Bestuur alle inkomende en uitgaande pos-en koerierdienste.
- Skedulering & Koördinering:
- Koördineer vergaderings en geleenthede.
- Help met personeel reisreëlings.
- Databestuur:
- Handhaaf kantoorvoorrade, kontakte en relevante dokumentasie op rekord.
- Voer data in maatskappy-stelsels in.
- Kantoororganisasie:
- Hou die kantoor netjies, georganiseerd en professioneel.
- Verseker personeel se nakoming van kantoorbeleide en prosedures.
Pos Vereistes:
- Matrieksertifikaat
- Goeie ervaring en kennis van MS-Office programme
- Eie vervoer en geldige bestuurslisensie.
- Ondervinding in kantooradministrasie of ontvangs.
- Sterk interpersoonlike vaardighede en 'n kliënt-gefokusde benadering.
