Key Responsibilities:
Accurately input data and maintain records across various systems and databases.
Handle client inquiries via phone and email; build and maintain strong client relationships.
Process client information and maintain accurate and up-to-date records and payment documentation.
Ensure all client data and records are handled confidentially and accurately.
Provide administrative support to multiple teams or departments as needed.
Collaborate with internal teams such as finance, sales, and aftercare to ensure a smooth workflow.
Listen attentively to client needs, address concerns, and resolve issues, or escalate to the appropriate department when necessary.
Follow up with clients to ensure their inquiries have been resolved to their satisfaction.
Communicate with credit providers to negotiate payment terms on behalf of clients.
Track client progress, ensure accurate scheduling, and resolve data inconsistencies.
Maintain positive client and stakeholder relationships through timely and friendly communication.
Job Requirements:
Matric certificate (Grade 12)
Strong skills in MS Office programs
Experience in administration, client service, or related roles
Good time management and organizational abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional appearance and demeanor
Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Afrikaans and English

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:
Voer data akkuraat in en hou rekords op verskeie stelsels en databasisse by.
Hanteer kliënte se navrae per telefoon en e-pos; bou en handhaaf sterk kliënteverhoudings.
Verwerk kliëntinligting, hou betalingsdokumentasie en rekords akkuraat en op datum.
Verseker dat alle data en kliëntinligting vertroulik en akkuraat hanteer word.
Bied administratiewe ondersteuning aan verskeie spanne of departemente soos benodig.
Werk saam met interne spanne soos finansies, verkope en naverkope vir ’n gladde werksvloei.
Luister aandagtig na kliënte se behoeftes, spreek bekommernisse aan, en los probleme op, of skakel deur na toepaslike afdelings waar nodig.
Volg op met kliënte om seker te maak hulle is tevrede met die oplossing van hul navrae.
Kommunikeer met kredietverskaffers om betalingsvoorwaardes namens kliënte te onderhandel.
Monitor kliëntvordering, verseker akkurate skedulering en hanteer enige data-onreëlmatighede.
Hou kliënt- en belanghebbendeverhoudings positief deur tydige en vriendelike kommunikasie.
Posvereistes:
Matrieksertifikaat (graad 12)
Sterk vaardighede in MS Office-programme
Ervaring in administrasie, kliëntediens of verwante rolle
Goeie tydsbestuur en organisasievaardighede
Vermoë om onafhanklik en in spanverband te werk
Professionele voorkoms en houding
Goeie geskrewe en verbale kommunikasievaardighede in Afrikaans en Engels
