Truck Driver (Short and Long Distance)

Our client is looking for a responsible, motivated, and adaptable Truck Driver. This position requires someone who is proactive, can adjust to changing work environments, and provides excellent customer service.

📍 Location: Wonderboom South
💰 Salary: Market-related (R15,000 – R20,000, depending on experience)

Key Responsibilities

• Driving Code 14 trucks for both short- and long-distance deliveries
• Professional and courteous interaction with clients at delivery sites
• Loading and unloading of goods when required
• Compliance with road safety and transport regulations
• Adjusting to a non-fixed schedule and working hours
• General vehicle maintenance and communication with the office

Working Hours

🕐 Typically from 07h00 to 15h00/17h00 – depending on delivery requirements

Requirements

• Code 14 Driver’s License
• Valid PDP (Public Driving Permit)
• Basic general knowledge of trucks (advantageous)
• Experience with Code 14 vehicles (advantageous)
• Motivated and self-driven attitude
• Flexibility and willingness to perform various tasks

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede

• Bestuur van Kode 14 trokke vir beide kort- en langafstand vragte.
• Professionele en hoflike hantering van kliënte by aflewerings.
• Laai en aflaai van vragte waar nodig.
• Voldoening aan padveiligheid en vervoervoorskrifte.
• Aanpas by ‘n nie-vasgestelde skedule en werkure.
• Algemene versorging van voertuig en kommunikasie met kantoor.

🕐 Gewoonlik vanaf 07h00 tot 15h00/17h00 – afhangende van vragvereistes.

Vereistes

• Kode 14 bestuurslisensie
