Field Sales Representative

We are seeking a driven and self-motivated Field Sales Representative to promote and sell a range of waterproofing products.

📍 Location: Pretoria
Head office: Midrand
  • Office-based with travel to designated areas, initial territory coverage Pretoria.
  • The role will initially cover designated territories, but may later shift to a primary territory depending on individual performance and evolving business needs.

    For the first few months, the position will be fully office-based. Once the candidate has established a client base, they will have the flexibility to work from home and travel to clients as required.

💰 Salary: R15 000 + uncapped commission structure based on performance
➕ Additional: 3% commission on sales to existing clients
💻 Benefits: Motor vehicle fuel allowance, cellular phone with airtime and data, company laptop 
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular in-field visits, product presentations, and technical support engagements.

  • Identify, engage, and grow relationships with retail outlets, contractors, and applicators in the region.

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets aligned to company performance goals.

  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and sales performance.

  • Represent the brand with professionalism and product knowledge.

  • Break into the Gauteng market with high levels of cold calling.

  • Competent with basic digital tools (email, CRM systems, smartphone-based sales apps).

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2-5years proven sales experience in the building trade or related construction supply environment.

  • Strong knowledge of waterproofing or construction products is advantageous.

  • Proven track record in similar sales roles.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.


The successful candidate will be based at the Midrand office and will actively service the Pretoria region.

Ons is op soek na 'n gedrewe en selfgemotiveerde Veldverkoopsverteenwoordiger om 'n reeks waterdigtingsprodukte te verkoop.

📍 Ligging: Pretoria
Hoofkantoor: Midrand
  • Kantoorgebaseerd met reis na aangewese gebiede ,aanvanklike gebiedsdekking Pretoria.
  • Die pos sal aanvanklik fokus op die toegewysde gebiede, maar kan later gekonsentreer word op ’n primêre gebied, gebaseer op prestasie en besigheidsbehoeftes.

    Vir die eerste paar maande sal die rol 100% kantoor-gebonde wees. Sodra die kandidaat ’n kliëntebasis opgebou het, sal hulle die geleentheid hê om vanaf die huis te werk en kliënte te besoek soos benodig.

💰 Salaris: R15 000 + onbeperkte kommissiestruktuur gebaseer op prestasie

  • Bevoeg met basiese digitale gereedskap (e-pos, CRM-stelsels, slimfoon-gebaseerde verkoopsprogramme).
