Operations Manager
📍 Location: Randfontein, West Rand, Gauteng
💰 Salary: R30 000 (negotiable; depending on experience)

🕒 Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday – 07:00 to 17:00
Friday – 07:00 to 15:00

Key Responsibilities:
Handling tenders and quotations
Costing, procurement, and ordering of local and imported stock
Managing imports and coordinating exports
Direct client communication and maintaining client relations
General office and administrative management
Job Requirements:
BCom qualification (Beneficial), but any N+ qualifications are acceptable.
- Matriek
Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role (negotiable depending on candidate)
Technical background and knowledge are essential
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Sage Accounting(Beneficial)
Strong administrative and organizational skills
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple responsibilities

Ons kliënt in die klepvervaardiging industrie is op soek na 'n toegewyde en detail-gefokusde Operasionele Bestuurder om hul span aan te vul. Hierdie is ’n uitstekende geleentheid om deel te wees van ’n maatskappy wat spesialiseer in die vervaardiging van hoëgehalte kleppe en komponente.

Met meer as 36 jaar ondervinding spesialiseer ons kliënt in die vervaardiging, herstel en ontwerp van kleppe, lokomotiewe en mynboutoerusting. Hoofverantwoordelikhede:
Hantering van tenders en kwotasies
Kosteberamings, aankoop en bestelling van plaaslike en ingevoerde voorraad
Bestuur van invoere en koördinering van uitvoere
Direkte kommunikasie met kliënte en handhawing van kliëntverhoudings
Algemene kantoor- en administratiewe bestuur
Posvereistes:
BCom-kwalifikasie (Voordelig), maar enige N+ kwalifikasies is aanvaarbaar ook .
- Matriek
Minimum van 5 jaar ondervinding in 'n soortgelyke rol (onderhandelbaar afhangend van kandidaat)
Tegniese agtergrond en kennis is noodsaaklik
Rekenaarvaardig in Microsoft Office en Sage Accounting(Voordelig)
Sterk administratiewe en organisatoriese vaardighede
Kan goed onder druk werk en verskeie verantwoordelikhede hanteer
