Regional Operations Lead
📍 Location: Pretoria, Die Moot
💰 Salary: R18 000 – R21 500 (depending on experience) and petrol allowance
🕒 Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 – 17:00 (Saturdays included until October 2025)
🕘 Overtime: As required
🚀 Start Date: As soon as possible
🧾 Position Overview:
Our client is a company that specializes in the sales, maintenance, and repair of beer kegs for home brewers, microbreweries, and national as well as international breweries.
Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Operations Lead to oversee the effective management of operational projects, safety standards, and staff performance across multiple sites. This role requires excellent planning and leadership skills, as well as strong administrative and technical abilities
📌 Key Responsibilities:
📊 Reporting & Targets:
Daily, weekly, and monthly operational reporting (Keg Maintenance, Decanting, Site Updates)
Ensure all projects are completed on time and monthly targets are achieved
🏗️ Site Management & Supervision:
Weekly site visits and staff coordination
Supervise tools, PPE, stock, toolbox talks, and ISO 22000 checklists
Staff training and refresher sessions
Monthly quality and procedure audits
🛡️ Health & Safety:
Ensure staff have the correct PPE at all times
Manage and update site safety files
Oversee compliance with site-specific H&S requirements
Ensure staff have valid licenses and medical fitness certificates
Maintain compliance with all health and safety regulations
📦 Logistics & Stock Management:
Efficient stock control to prevent losses
Weekly processing of feedback packs from each site
Monitor and report monthly staff labour costs
🎓 Minimum Requirements:
Minimum 1+ years’ experience in project management, operational management, or supporting those processes
Matric certificate required; a Diploma or Degree (BCom, Project Management, Technical, or Health & Safety) is highly advantageous
Health & Safety experience will be considered a strong bonus
High computer literacy is essential
Zoho FSM and Zoho People experience is beneficial
Valid Code 08 / E driver’s license

🏗️ Werfbestuur & Toesig:
Weeklikse werfsbesoeke en personeelkoördinering
Toesig oor hulpmiddels, PPE, voorraad, Toolbox talks en ISO 22000 kontrolelyste
Opleiding en heropfrissing vir personeel
Kwaliteit- en prosedure-ouditering maandeliks
🛡️ Gesondheid en Veiligheid:
Verseker korrekte PPE vir alle personeel
Bestuur van werfveiligheidslêers en wetlike vereistes (lisensies, mediese sertifikate)
Nakoming van H&S regulasies vir elke spesifieke werf
📦 Logistiek & Voorraad:
Effektiewe voorraadbestuur om verliese te voorkom
Verwerking van weeklikse terugvoerpakkette vanaf terreine
Monitering van arbeidskoste
🎓 Vereistes:
Minimum 1+ jaar ervaring in projekbestuur, operasionele bestuur of soortgelyke omgewing
Matriek is vereis; Diploma of Graad (BCom, Projekbestuur, Tegnies of Gesondheid & Veiligheid) is ’n groot voordeel
Ervaring met Health & Safety word beskou as ’n bonus
Rekenaarvaardigheid is uiters belangrik
Ervaring in Zoho FSM en Zoho People is voordelig
Geldige Kode 08 / E bestuurderslisensie
