A leading boutique venue in South Africa is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive revenue through conferencing and corporate event sales. With elegant indoor/outdoor facilities, luxury accommodation, and a commitment to excellence, this venue hosts premium functions, weddings, and special events.

📍 Location: Midrand
💰 Salary: R15,000 basic + good commission
📈 Position: 1 available

🛠️ Role Overview:

This role involves proactive business development, client relationship management, and full-cycle sales execution. You'll work closely with the coordination team and represent the venue professionally across various client touchpoints.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through referrals & research
  • Manage full sales cycle: inquiry → proposal → contract → handover
  • Respond promptly to leads, provide tailored quotes & conduct site visits
  • Build strong client relationships with corporates, planners & HR teams
  • Collaborate with the events team to ensure seamless delivery
  • Represent the venue at trade shows, networking events & meetings
  • Maintain accurate client records and sales activities via CRM

✅ Requirements:

  • 3+ years of sales experience (hospitality, events, or conferencing) advantageous
  • Proven success in business-to-business (B2B) sales or coordination
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and in a team
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Valid driver’s license and own vehicle

  • Bou sterk kliëntverhoudings met maatskappye, beplanners & HR-spanne
  • Werk saam met die geleentheidspan vir suksesvolle aflewering
  • Verteenwoordig die lokaal by handelskoue, netwerkgeleenthede & vergaderings
  • Hou kliëntdata en verkoopsaktiwiteite by via CRM

  • 3+ jaar se ondervinding in verkope (gasvryheid, funksies of konferensies) voordelig
  • Bewese sukses in besigheid-tot-besigheid (B2B) verkope of koördinering
