Based in Kempton Park, this furniture retailer specializes in delivering quality furniture solutions with a focus on both walk-in customers and online sales. 📍 Location: Kempton Park, Gauteng
💰 Salary: R10 000 – R15 000 per month (depending on experience)

🕒 Working Hours: 08:00 – 17:00, Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and connect with walk-in clients, ensuring excellent customer service.
Build and maintain strong client relationships through regular follow-ups.
Handle debtor follow-ups in a professional manner.
Communicate with clients via phone and email – no cold calling required.
Organize and maintain the showroom to ensure a welcoming environment.
Provide hospitality to visiting clients.
Manage online sales, including responding to enquiries and processing orders.
Ensure accuracy of deliveries and oversee order follow-through.
Handle Takealot sales management.
Position Requirements:
2–5 years’ experience in sales.
Prior experience in the furniture industry will be advantageous.
Strong product knowledge of office and general furniture.
Computer literacy with ability to manage online platforms.
- Fluent in Afrikaans and English

- Hanteer debiteure-opvolgs op ’n professionele wyse.
- Kommunikeer met kliënte via telefoon en e-pos – geen koue oproepe nie.
- Organiseer en onderhou die vertoonlokaal om ’n verwelkomende omgewing te verseker.
- Bied gasvryheid aan kliënte wat die winkel besoek.
- Bestuur aanlyn verkope, insluitend reaksie op navrae en verwerking van bestellings.
- Verseker akkuraatheid van aflewerings en toesig oor bestellings.
- Hanteer Takealot-verkopebestuur.
Posvereistes:
- 2–5 jaar ervaring in verkope.
- Vorige ervaring in die meubelbedryf sal ’n voordeel wees.
- Sterk produkkennis van kantoor- en algemene meubels.
- Rekenaarvaardigheid met die vermoë om aanlyn platforms te bestuur.
- Vlot in Afrikaans en Engels
- ’n Borrelende persoonlikheid – noodsaaklik om met instap-kliënte te gesels en sterk verhoudings te bou.
- Proaktief en oplossingsgedrewe.
- Eerlik en deursigtig – bereid om foute te erken en oplossings te vind.
