Pligte en Verantwoordelikhede:

  • Bestuur van die skakelbord en algemene ontvangsfunksies.
  • Persoonlike assistent tot die direkteur en verkoopsbestuurder.
  • Lêerbestuur vir alle afdelings en algemene administratiewe take.
  • Tipeer van kwotasies en ander dokumentasie.

Minimum Kwalifikasies en Ervaringsvereistes:

  • Uitstekende vaardighede in Microsoft Word en telefoniese kommunikasie.
  • Sterk organisasievaardighede.

Spesifieke Vaardighede of Sertifikate:

  • Vorige ervaring as ontvangsdame is verpligtend.

Receptionist

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Managing the switchboard and general reception duties.
  • Personal assistant to the director and sales manager.
  • Filing for all departments and general administrative tasks.
  • Typing quotes and other documentation.

Minimum Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Word and telephone communication.
  • Strong organizational skills.

Specific Skills or Certifications:

  • Previous experience as a receptionist is mandatory.
