Our client is seeking an experienced and confident Senior Project Manager to oversee high-end technology installation projects within the luxury residential and corporate market. This role requires a strong combination of technical expertise, project management, team leadership, and client engagement, as well as a solid understanding of building construction, site coordination, and the integration of advanced electrical and technology systems within construction environments.

Salary: R30,000 – R40,000 (Negotiable)

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate technology installation projects in high-end residential and corporate environments.

• Oversee electronic installations, including DSTV, televisions, alarm systems, cameras, and related technologies.

• Engage directly with clients, ensuring professional and client-focused service delivery.

• Conduct regular site visits and participate in site meetings.

• Read, interpret, and understand construction and technical plans.

• Lead and manage technical teams on-site.

• Handle administrative duties, project documentation, and reporting.

• Ensure quality workmanship, timelines, and project standards are met.

Job Requirements:

• National Senior Certificate (Grade 12).

• No formal qualification required, but any relevant qualifications will be advantageous. 

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience managing technology sites and/or construction projects.

• Strong understanding of both the construction industry and technology installations.

• Proven ability to manage people and projects effectively.

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:

• Bestuur en koördinering van tegnologiese installasieprojekte op hoë-end residensiële en korporatiewe boupersele.

• Toesig oor elektroniese installasies, insluitend DSTV, TV’s, alarms, kameras en verwante stelsels.

• Werk nou saam met kliënte en verseker ’n professionele en kliënt-gefokusde dienslewering.

• Gereelde besoeke aan boupersele en deelname aan terreinvergaderings.

• Lees, interpreteer en verstaan bou- en tegniese planne.

• Bestuur en leiding van tegniese spanne op terrein.

• Administratiewe take, projekdokumentasie en verslagdoening.

• Verseker kwaliteit, tydige aflewering en nakoming van projekvereistes.

Pos Vereistes:

• Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (Graad 12).

• Geen formele kwalifikasies vereis nie, maar enige relevante kwalifikasies sal voordelig wees. 

• Minimum 2+ jaar ervaring in die bestuur van tegnologiese projekte en/of konstruksie-omgewings.

• Grondige begrip van die boubedryf sowel as tegnologie.

• Bewese vermoë om mense te bestuur en besluite te neem.
