Key Responsibilities:
Capture, analyze, and maintain data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Perform data validation and cross-checking to confirm that all information is correct across platforms.
Prepare and compile detailed reports on a monthly basis.
Review and verify test results and client contracts to ensure all information is accurate before submission.
Interact with clients when necessary to resolve data or reporting issues.
Manage and maintain website content and updates as required.
Oversee system controls and produce analytical reports.
Monitor internal and external reports to ensure data accuracy.
Write and present reports from raw data findings.
Clean up and maintain data integrity across all systems.
Position Requirements:
Minimum Qualification: Matric (any additional qualification will be advantageous).
Experience: 3–5 years in data analysis and reporting (mid-level).
Technical Proficiency:
Advanced Excel skills (essential).
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, etc.).
Familiarity with cloud-based systems.

Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple systems and maintain data accuracy.
Organized, methodical, and deadline-driven.

Vaslê, ontleed en onderhou data oor verskeie stelsels om akkuraatheid en konsekwentheid te verseker.
Valideer en vergelyk data om te bevestig dat alle inligting korrek is oor alle platforms.
Stel maandelikse verslae saam en doen deeglike ontledings.
Hersien en verifieer toetsresultate en kliëntkontrakte om te verseker dat alle inligting akkuraat is.
Hanteer kliëntinteraksie waar nodig om dataprobleme of verslagfoute op te los.
Bestuur en werk die maatskappy se webwerf op soos benodig.
Toesig oor stelselbeheer en genereer analitiese verslae.
Monitor interne en eksterne verslae om akkuraatheid te verseker.
Skryf en interpreteer verslae uit rou data.
Sorg vir clean up van data en opdatering van stelsels.
Posvereistes:
Minimum Kwalifikasie: Matriek (enige verdere kwalifikasie sal ’n voordeel wees).
Ervaring: 3–5 jaar ondervinding in data-analise en verslagdoening (middelvlak).
Tegniese Vaardigheid:
Gevorderde Excel-vaardighede (noodsaaklik).
Sterk kennis van Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, ens.).
Bekend met cloud-gebaseerde stelsels.
Persoonlike Eienskappe:
Analitiese denke met uitstekende aandag aan detail.
In staat om verskeie stelsels te bestuur en data-akkuraatheid te handhaaf.
Goed georganiseerd, sistematies en sperdatumgedrewe.
