Our client is seeking a reliable, proactive, and well-organised Administrative Assistant to provide support to both the Administration and Sales Departments. This role is ideal for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has strong administrative skills, and is comfortable with both client interaction and operational support.

Working Hours

Monday – Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00
Friday: 08:00 – 16:00

📋 Key Responsibilities

  • Opening and managing files on the server

  • Attending to property-related searches

  • Providing administrative support to the Admin and Sales Departments

  • Assisting at property and movable asset auctions

  • Supporting clients with online and in-person auction registrations

  • Capturing and maintaining data on CRMs and back-end systems

  • Reception relief when required

  • Handling various ad hoc administrative duties

🎓 Job Requirements

  • Matric / National Senior Certificate

  • Minimum 1.5 years’ relevant administrative experience in a business environment

  • Proven administrative background

  • Experience within the property or auctioneering industry will be advantageous

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Working knowledge of CRMs and back-end systems

  • Professional fluency in Afrikaans and English

  • Hantering van eiendomsverwante soektogte

  • Administratiewe ondersteuning aan die Admin- en Verkoopspanne

  • Bywoning en ondersteuning tydens eiendoms- en roerende bate veilings

  • Bystand aan kliënte met aanlyn en persoonlike veilingregistrasies

  • Laai en instandhouding van data op CRM’s en back-end stelsels

  • Ontvangsverligting waar benodig

  • Algemene ad hoc administratiewe take

🎓 Posvereistes

  • Graad 12 / Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat 

  • Minimum 1.5 jaar relevante administratiewe ervaring in ’n besigheidsomgewing

  • Bewese administratiewe agtergrond

  • Ervaring in die eiendoms- of veilingsbedryf sal voordelig wees

  • Vaardig in MS Word, Excel en PowerPoint

  • Kennis van CRM’s en back-end stelsels

  • Professioneel vloeiend in Afrikaans en Engels
