π° Salary: R12 000 β R17 000 (depending on experience)
β° Working Hours: Mon β Fri 07:00 β 17:00 | Sat 07:00 β 15:00

Within this environment, the Receptionist & Facilities Support Assistant role combines front-of-house reception duties with facilities and operational support
The successful candidate will be the face of the company, ensuring visitors and clients receive excellent service while also assisting with administration, property management, security, and maintenance operations.
π Key Responsibilities
Reception & Administration
π First point of contact for clients, visitors & tenants
βοΈ Answer, screen & forward calls and emails professionally
πͺ Manage reception area, boardroom bookings, and meeting preparations
π§ Check and forward leads from emails daily
π» Prepare invoices, tenant recoveries & municipal readings
ποΈ General admin support: filing, correspondence & reports
Operational & Facilities Support
π‘οΈ Confirm daily presence of security staff
πΆ Oversee lighting, Wi-Fi, CCTV, background music, umbrellas, boardroom readiness
ποΈ Manage property tasks: update Property24 listings, confirm trading hours of units
Maintenance & Safety Checks
πͺ΄ Water reception plants & maintain neat areas
π§ Update maintenance lists, stock takes & inspections
π₯ Test and monitor fire detection & suppression systems, perimeter fencing & drains
βοΈ Check and service air conditioning
β‘ Weekly generator tests, compliance reporting & diesel usage monitoring
Financial & Compliance Support
π³ Assist with diesel & utility recovery calculations
π Support monthly billing and payment processing
π² Data purchase requests & biometrics reporting
β Requirements
π Matric required; further qualifications advantageous
πΌ Minimum 2+ years admin experience (property industry experience = bonus)
π Own reliable transport is essential
π Outgoing, extroverted & confident in a client-facing role
ποΈ Strong admin, highly organized & detail-driven
π Presentable, professional & adaptable
