Field Sales Representative
We are seeking a highly driven, target-oriented Field Sales Representative to promote and sell a range of premium waterproofing products across the Gauteng region. This role is ideal for candidates with strong pure sales experience and a hunger to outperform targets.
📍 Location: Gauteng
🏢 Head Office: Johannesburg
💼 Work Setup: Office-based with daily travel to designated areas. The role may later focus on a primary territory based on individual performance and evolving business needs.
For the initial months, the position will be fully office-based. Once the candidate has established a client base, they will have the flexibility to travel independently and manage client relationships within their assigned territory.
💰 Salary: R10 000 + Commission
💻 Benefits: Motor vehicle fuel allowance, company laptop, and cellular phone (voice and data included)
🕒 Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Key Responsibilities
Generate new business through cold calling, networking, and structured territory planning
5 store visits per day
2 follow-up calls or visits per day
2 new store visits per day
Represent the brand at expos and trade events
Conduct on-site product demonstrations and client consultations
Build and maintain long-term client relationships
Consistently meet and exceed sales targets
Attend weekly sales meetings and submit activity reports
Requirements
Matric (Grade 12)
Minimum 2 years’ strong, proven sales experience
Industry background not required – full training will be provided
Proven ability in cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals
Target-driven, self-motivated, and performance-focused
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Comfortable working in a commission-driven environment
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Reliable personal vehicle and valid driver’s license

Matriek (Graad 12)
Minimum 2 jaar se sterk, bewese verkope-ervaring
Geen spesifieke industrie-ervaring benodig nie
Bewese vermoë om te prospekteer, te onderhandel en verkope te sluit
Selfgedrewe, teiken-gefokus en resultaatgedrewe
Uitstekende kommunikasie- en mensevaardighede
