Our client is currently seeking an experienced and technically skilled Service Manager.

📍 Location: Wallmannsthal, Pretoria
💰 Salary: R30 000 CTC

Key Responsibilities

• Service Management: Load service tickets and plan service and repair work for clients.
• Communication: Communicate with clients and field technicians to ensure that all service and repair work is completed on time and according to standards.
• Field Technician Planning: Organize and schedule field technicians to visit clients and provide services on the products and machinery sold by the company.
• Support to Field Technicians: Provide support to technicians where needed and ensure all necessary parts and equipment are available for optimal service delivery.
• Customer Service: Maintain professional and clear communication with clients.

Position Requirements

• Mechanic knowledge and experience.
• Previous experience as a field technician will be an advantage.
• Computer literate (able to use programs to load and manage service tickets & Microsoft Office).
• Ability to communicate clearly and professionally with clients.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Own transport and a valid driver’s license will be an advantage.

Deur die lewering van topgehalte dienste en oplossings wat produktiwiteit verhoog en koste verlaag, streef hulle daarna om langtermynverhoudings met hul kliënte te bou. Ons kliënt is tans opsoek na 'n ervare en tegnies vaardige Diensbestuurder (“Service Manager”).

Hoofverantwoordelikhede

• Diensbestuur: Laai dienskaartjies en beplan diens- en herstelwerk vir kliënte.
• Kommunikasie: Kommunikeer met kliënte en veld tegnikuste om verseker te wees dat alle diens- en herstelwerk betyds en volgens standaarde afgehandel word.
• Veldtegnikuste Beplanning: Organiseer en reël vir veld tegnikuste om na die kliënte te gaan om dienste te lewer op die produkte en masjienerie wat die kliënt verkoop.
• Ondersteuning aan veldtegnikuste: Bied ondersteuning aan tegnikuste waar nodig en verseker dat alle nodige onderdele en toerusting beskikbaar is vir optimale dienslewering.
• Kliëntediens: Handhaaf professionele en duidelike kommunikasie met kliënte.

Pos Vereistes

• Werktuigkundige (“Mechanic”) kennis en ervaring.
• Ervaring as veld tegnikus sal voordelig wees.
• Rekenaarvaardig (kan programme gebruik om dienskaartjies te laai en te bestuur & Microsoft Office).
• Vermoë om duidelik en professioneel met kliënte te kommunikeer.
• Vermoë om selfstandig en as deel van 'n span te werk.
• Sterk organisasie- en beplanningvaardighede.
• Eie vervoer en geldige bestuurslisensie sal 'n voordeel wees.
