Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Clearance Agent to support their administrative processes and ensure that clients’ debt review statuses are accurately updated with creditors and credit bureaus. This role plays an important part in finalising debt review cases and confirming that clients have successfully completed their debt obligations.

The company focuses on maintaining accurate records, ensuring regulatory compliance, and providing professional administrative support to help clients obtain their official clearance status once their obligations have been fulfilled.

📍Location: Pretoria East
💰Salary: R10,000 – R15,000
📅Start Date: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:
 Administrative Duties:
· Upload all certified F19’s and paid-up letters to the CBA platform.
· Maintain accurate records of all uploading activities.
· Ensure timely and complete filing of all documents.
· Monitor and follow up on outstanding bureau responses.
· Investigate and submit supporting documents where updates were rejected.
 Client Communication:
· Communicate with clients regarding their clearance status and required documentation.
· Provide support to clients during the finalisation of their debt review process.
Compliance & Quality Control:
· Adhere to NCR rules and internal company policies.
· Identify and report any non-compliance or process deviations.
· Stay up to date with regulatory changes affecting the clearance process.

Job Requirements:
· National Senior Certificate.
· Strong reading comprehension and the ability to follow instructions accurately.
· Strong administrative and organizational skills.
· Ability to work accurately with documentation and data.
· Good written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to work independently and handle urgent tasks.

Hoof Verantwoordelikhede:
Administratiewe Pligte:
· Laai alle gesertifiseerde F19’s en betaalde briewe op die CBA-platform op.
· Handhaaf akkurate rekords van alle oplaaiactiwiteite.
· Verseker tydige en volledige liassering van alle dokumente.
· Monitor en volg op uitstaande kredietburo-terugvoer.
· Ondersoek en dien ondersteunende dokumente in waar opdaterings afgekeur is.
Kliëntkommunikasie:
· Kommunikeer met kliënte oor hul klaringstatus en vereiste dokumentasie.
· Verskaf ondersteuning aan kliënte tydens die finalisering van hul skuldhersieningsproses.
Nakoming & Kwaliteitsbeheer:
· Hou by NCR-reëls en interne maatskappybeleide.
· Identifiseer en rapporteer enige nie-nakoming of prosesafwykings.
· Bly op hoogte van regulatoriese veranderinge wat die klaringsproses beïnvloed.

Pos Vereistes:
· Nasionale Senior Sertifikaat (Graad 12).
· Hoë leesbegrip en goeie begrip van instruksies.
· Sterk administratiewe en organisatoriese vaardighede.
· Vermoë om akkuraat met dokumentasie en data te werk.
· Goeie geskrewe en verbale kommunikasievaardighede.
· Vermoë om onafhanklik te werk en dringende take te hanteer.
