Store Manager
📍 Location: Pretoria East
💰 Salary: R25 000 - R30 000

We are seeking an experienced and driven Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. The successful candidate will have at least 5–7 years of experience in the signage industry, excellent leadership abilities, and strong problem-solving skills. This role is key to ensuring smooth store operations, motivating the sales team, managing staff, and maintaining a professional and client-focused environment.

📋 Key Responsibilities
Store Operations & Leadership
Maintain a professional and presentable store appearance
Plan and assign daily tasks to the production team
Prepare employee work schedules and ensure productivity
Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff
Address staff concerns and disputes while fostering teamwork
Ensure compliance with safety standards, policies, and procedures
Sales & Business Growth
Motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales
Create promotional material and specials on a monthly basis
Negotiate pricing and build strong supplier relationships
Customer Service & Communication
Deliver excellent customer service and handle complaints professionally
Ensure strong communication between staff, management, and clients
Inventory & Cost Management
Order, record, and manage inventory levels
Ensure the shop is adequately stocked
Implement cost-saving practices in material usage
✅ Requirements
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in the signage industry
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills
Customer service-oriented with solid business management knowledge
Computer literate and willing to learn new systems
Target-driven and motivated to achieve results
Conflict management and resolution skills
Ability to train and manage staff effectively

✅ Vereistes
Matriek (Graad 12) of gelykwaardige kwalifikasie
Minimum van 5–7 jaar ervaring in die signage-bedryf
Sterk leierskap-, interpersoonlike en kommunikasievaardighede
Kliëntediensgerig met ’n goeie begrip van basiese besigheidsbestuur
Rekenaarvaardig en bereid om nuwe stelsels aan te leer
Teikengerig en gemotiveerd om resultate te behaal
