📊 Financial Administrator / Bookkeeper
Our client is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Financial Administrator / Bookkeeper to support their finance department. This role is well suited to a candidate with strong bookkeeping and administrative skills who is comfortable working both independently and within a team.

📍 Location: Riviersonderend, Western Cape
💰 Salary: R20 000 – R35 000 per month (depending on experience)

🏡 Work Model: Hybrid – 2–3 days on-site, remaining days remote
🔑 Key Responsibilities
📌 Process and reconcile debtors, creditors, wages, and inventory
📌 Prepare monthly journals
📌 Process wage data, including clocking and allocations
📌 Provide general financial administrative support as required
📌 Track logistics by monitoring incoming orders and outgoing deliveries
📌 Maintain accurate financial records and timely processing
📌 Job Requirements
🎓 Matric with a relevant tertiary qualification or 3–5 years’ relevant experience
💻 Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting systems
🔍 High attention to detail and accuracy
🗣️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
🤝 Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple tasks
