1. Trustadministrasie:
• Bestuur die daaglikse administrasie van verskeie trusts en verseker voldoening aan wetlike en regulatoriese vereistes.
• Berei trustdokumentasie voor, bestuur trustbates, en hanteer uitbetalings en transaksies.
2. Spanbestuur:
• Lei en mentor 'n span administratiewe personeel.
• Voorsien leiding, opleiding en ondersteuning om optimale prestasie en ontwikkeling te verseker.
3. Kliënteverhoudinge:
• Bou en handhaaf sterk verhoudings met kliënte, begunstigdes, en ander belanghebbendes.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Trust Administration:
• Manage the daily administration of various trusts, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare trust documentation, manage trust assets, and handle payments and transactions.
2. Team Management:
• Lead and mentor a team of administrative staff.
• Provide leadership, training, and support to ensure optimal performance and development.
3. Client Relations:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, beneficiaries, and other stakeholders.
• Address any inquiries or issues related to trust administration.
4. Compliance and Reporting:
