About the Company:

A specialist in home and office automation based in Brooklyn, Cape Town, providing services in the form of integrated audio-visual systems, entertainment solutions, lighting control, security, and complete home and office management.

💰 Salary:

R15 000 – R20 000

🕗 Working Hours:

Monday – Friday | 08:00 – 16:30

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle general administrative duties.

  • Manage debtors and creditors.

  • Process incoming and outgoing documentation.

  • Follow up with clients regarding outstanding paperwork and requests.

  • Control inventory and stock.

  • Prepare and send documents to clients.

  • Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.

  • Liaise with suppliers and follow up on orders, invoices, and payments.

  • Collaborate closely with other employees to collect and process their invoices and orders efficiently.


Position Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: Matric (Grade 12)
Additional Qualification: Any further studies will be advantageous.

Experience:
3–5 years of relevant experience in an administrative or accounting environment.

  • Must have worked on an accounting system.

  • Experience with Sage or Pastel is essential.

  • Experience with QuickBooks will be a strong advantage.

Hoofverantwoordelikhede:

  • Hantering van algemene administratiewe pligte.

  • Bestuur van debiteure en krediteure.

  • Prosessering van inkomende en uitgaande dokumente.

  • Opvolg met kliënte oor uitstaande dokumentasie en versoeke.

  • Beheer van voorraad.

  • Voorbereiding en stuur van dokumente na kliënte.

  • Verseker akkurate data-invoer en rekordhouding.

  • Liasie met verskaffers en opvolg oor bestellings, fakture en betalings.

  • Samewerking met ander werknemers om hul fakture en bestellings betyds te bekom en te verwerk.


Posvereistes:

Minimum Kwalifikasie: Matriek (Graad 12)
Bykomende Kwalifikasie: Enige verdere studies sal voordelig wees.

Ervaring:
3–5 jaar relevante ondervinding in ’n administratiewe of finansiële omgewing.

  • Moet al op ’n rekeningstelsel gewerk het.

  • Ervaring met Sage of Pastel is noodsaaklik.

  • Ervaring met QuickBooks sal ’n groot voordeel wees.
